How LOONA got their Name ?
Loona's English name is derived from the Hangul letters ㅇㄷㅇㅅㄴ, each an initial consonant in the syllabic blocks that make 이달의 소녀 (Idarui Sonyeo)(Girl's of the month). When rearranged to ㄴㅇㅇㄷㅅ, it resembles LOONA in the Latin alphabet.
Introduction
LOOΠΔ is a 12-member Kpop group debuted under Blockberry Creative starting from year Oct. 2016 upto Aug. 2018, revealing One Girl per month (not literally) thus the name Girl's of the month. Each Girl was revealed with a SOLO M/V and part of 3 Subunits in Total to make up to as full group by Aug. 2018
